We will send you a confirmation SMS 48 hrs prior to your appointment. You will be asked to respond with YES to confirm your attendance. If you do not respond, we will contact you by phone to confirm.
We may cancel your appointment and ask you to reschedule if, after multiple attempts, we can not contact you. We will use reasonable endeavours to accommodate any requested changes to appointment times received more than 4 hours prior to your appointment.
We reserve the right to deem booking changes made within the 4 hours prior to the appointment as a cancellation by you, in which case you will be charged the full amount of the fee payable for the relevant appointment – your credit card will automatically be charged.
You accept that if the practitioner calls you at your scheduled appointment time and you have missed the call, we at our discretion will consider this a no show and you will be charged the full amount of the fee payable for the relevant appointment – your credit card will automatically be charged.
Before we consider your appointment a no-show, your practitioner will try multiple times to contact you within the 1-hour window.
