Script Transfer Fee
To transfer your prescription to another pharmacy, we charge a fee of $99. This fee covers the administrative costs associated with processing your request.
Please note that we cannot guarantee medication availability at the new pharmacy.
If you purchase your medications through us, you can be assured that the product is readily available, and you'll enjoy a smoother and more convenient experience.

Refunds
Leaf Doctors does not accept returns of medication if you change your mind. If the medication is faulty or not of acceptable quality, we may return it to the manufacturer for assessment. Leaf Doctors reserves the right to decline exchanges or refunds for issues arising from misuse or neglect.

Acknowledgment of Liability for Lost Packages
By placing an order with Leaf Doctors, you acknowledge that we are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or delayed packages once they are in the possession with our delivery partners, as confirmed by the parcel being scanned. Leaf Doctors will not replace or refund packages that are lost, damaged, or delayed.
