All orders are processed, dispensed and sold by True Green Health Dispensary.
Your order will be shipped after it is reviewed and approved by the pharmacist. The pharmacist may get in contact with you to confirm your order. If you can not be contacted, your order may be delayed.
Orders are reviewed & processed Monday to Friday between 9 AM and 3 PM.
Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the circumstances of the patient. Returns may only be accepted if the medication is unopened and unused. To request a refund email support@leafdoctors.com.au
By placing an order, the Customer explicitly acknowledges and agrees that Leaf Doctors & True Green Health Dispensary shall not be liable for the cost of any lost, damaged, or delayed packages once they are in the possession of Australia Post, StarTrack, or any other delivery service provider.
The Customer agrees that True Green Health is not responsible for replacing the package or refunding the cost of the package in the event it is lost, damaged, or delayed by Australia Post, StarTrack, or any other delivery service provider.
